Following a lifelong passion for innovative technical solutions and some kind of family tradition - my father has also been a Patent Attorney - I founded my own patent law firm in 1999 in Nuremberg after being registered as a Patent and Trademark attorney in 1997.

As a co-owner of a medium-size family company (350 employees) in the field of high-precision ball bearings, machine-spindles, opto-spindles, sprag type clutches and non-contact seals I was well aware of the need for high-quality national and international intellectual property services customized to the specific requirements of each client at affordable cost.

I convinced members of the Intellectual Property Department of a world-wide well-known electric and electronic company situated in the Nuremberg Region and began to elaborate patent-applications in the field of automation and drives, power stations, medical solutions and mobile phone communications for this company.

In 2002 the patent law firm of German and European Patent and Trademark Attorney Mr. Mathias Göbel was transferred to us.

Further clients (single inventors, medium-size companies and further Intellectual Property Departments) are added.

Our law firm probably enjoys one of the most dynamic growth rates of patent law firms in the Nuremberg region.

Both the first electronically filed international patent application and the first electronically filed utility model application at the German Patent Office were submitted by our patent law firm.
